MRS. LILIAN BAEKA, ESQ. MSc, MA, LLB, BL, CertADR, MGNAAP, MGIP
With an illustrious career in the Office of the Head of the Local Government Service, Mrs. Baeka held the position of Director of the Management and Technical Services Directorate (MTSD), Municipal Development Planning Officer in the New Juaben Municipal, Tema Metropolitan and Adentan Municipal Assemblies. Mrs. Lilian Baeka is currently the Chief Director of the Greater Accra Regional Coordinating Council (GARCC).
She holds a Master of Science degree in Economics from Donestk State University in Ukraine, a Master of Arts in Urban Management from the Institute of Housing and Development Studies (IHS) under the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, a Bachelor of Law Degree (LL.B) from GIMPA, Barrister at Law (BL) certificate from Ghana School.
She went further to pursue a certificate course in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) at the Institute of Paralegal Training and Leadership Studies (IPLS) and is a member of the Ghana National Association of ADR Practitioners (GNAAP). She is also a member of the Ghana Bar Association (GBA) and the Ghana Institute of Planners (GIP).
